For some women when it's that time of month and their periods have arrived they may be in lots of pain and may not always be in the mood to spend lots of time in the kitchen preparing a meal that takes a very long time. 1. The first recipe idea is an Oyster dish-Oysters are great for women on their period because your iron levels naturally decrease as you loose blood. So it's vital that you replenish your body’s supply with iron-rich foods like oysters.
Ingredients
2 dozen fresh oysters in the shell (If its just for one person you will want to buy less)
