Healthy Recipe Ideas For Two Or More

When you get home from work you don't always want to cook especially after a long day at the office and if you live alone. But if you're having a girlfriend(s) over you may decide that instead of going to a nice restaurant which you do regularly you may want to stay in and cook for you and your friend. Ingredients
Cooking spray
2 (6-oz.) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
3 tablespoons pecan halves
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
4 cups arugula leaves
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Ingredients
2 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
1 Tbs. vindaloo seasoning
1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 carrot, chopped into bite-sized pieces
1/2 head of broccoli, broken into florets and ends trimmed
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 bunch kale, roughly chopped
1/2 bunch collard greens, roughly chopped
