Thanksgiving Dinner Recipe Ideas

Thanksgiving is next week Thursday. You're probably deciding who will be hosting Thanksgiving dinner this year. Whose house to go to. Then once that's settled you'll begin making travel arrangements and if dinner is not at your house you'll be thinking about what dish to bring with you when going to Thanksgiving dinner. So I wanted to give you an idea of some easy and quick Thanksgiving recipe ideas to try out and take with you to Thanksgiving dinner if you're pressed for time. 1 12-14 lb. turkey, thawed (if frozen)
2 heads garlic, halved horizontally through the equator
1 lemon, halved
4 small onions, quartered
14 sprigs fresh thyme
2 tbsp. olive oil
kosher salt
2 large carrots, cut into 2-in. pieces
2 stalks celery, cut into 2-in. pieces
3/4 c. low-sodium chicken broth
