Every time a new year rolls around I'll hear from friends and family members who make a new years resolution of getting fit and shape. But then the new year comes and you sign-up for the gym and decide that you're going to give it a shot and you end up trying it for a few weeks and then life happens and then you end up putting your fitness goals on hold. I know because it used to happen to me. But now even though I can't make it to the gym I still make sure I get fitness in daily. I wanted to show you ways that can help you stick to your fitness goals by sharing with you some fitness related recipe ideas to try out. 4 Avocados
4oz smoked salmon
8 eggs
Salt
Black Pepper
Chili Flakes

Ingredients
400g Broccoli
400g Sweet Potato
3 Cloves Garlic
Olive Oil

300g Mushrooms
250g Low Fat Cream

1 medium orange, peeled and quartered
3 kale leaves
1 medium apple, cut into wedges
