The definition of dairy free is any recipe that contains no milk, cheese, yogurt or other types of milk products. Dairy free meals are great for people who are lactose intolerant. Vegetarian Brown Rice Bowl

Ingredients

For Roasted Vegetables

  • 1-2 tablespoons EVOO

  • 1-2 tablespoons of garlic, minced

  • 1 large sweet potato

  • ½ medium yellow onion

  • ~4 cups of broccoli florets

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning

For Bowls

  • 1 cups brown rice, cooked

  • ¼ cup roasted red pepper hummus

  • ¼ cup sprouts

  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds

Chicken With Cauliflower And Olives

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • 1 bunch fresh thyme sprigs

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 1 shallot, finely chopped

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • zest of 1 lemon, use a microplane zester

  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted

  • 5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets

  • lemon pepper to taste

  • garlic powder to taste

  • salt to taste

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Coconut Blackout Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • ½ cup frozen blackberries

  • ½ cup of lettuce

  • ½ cup light coconut milk

  • ¼ to ½ cup of water, as needed to get things moving

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 3 ice cubes
